Mission Statement
The mission of the Marine Corps League, Pikes Peak Detachment 29, is to promote the interest and preserve the traditions of the United States Marine Corps. We aim to strengthen the camaraderie among Colorado Marines and their families, while also serving Marines and FMF Navy Personnel who wear or have worn the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor. Our organization fosters the ideals of Americanism and patriotic volunteerism, supports initiatives like Toys for Tots, Marines Helping Marines, MCL Scholarships, and the Young Marines, all within the vibrant Pikes Peak Region, benefiting the local community.

We meet on the third Saturday of every month.

Election of officers will be held.
Pikes Peak Det. Honor Guard
The mission of the Pikes Peak Detachment Honor Guard, is to provide military honors during the funeral ceremonies of honorably discharged Veterans from all branches of the U. S. Armed Forces. Currently, the DoD only provides the rifle detail for retired military members and those who have passed while on active duty. The Pikes Peak Detachment will happily offer a rifle honor guard for the three-round volley upon request, ensuring our fallen heroes receive the respect they deserve.

Pikes Peak Region Toys for Tots
The Pikes Peak Detachment, made up of committed Colorado Marines, proudly supports the Toys for Tots program in the Pikes Peak Region. Detachment member and Marine Veteran Russ Miller takes on the important role of Toys for Tots region coordinator, guiding the effort to ensure that the Pikes Peak Region Toys for Tots program serves as a model for delivering toys to countless children.
